Problem with good old Snap Server

Where I work, one of the servers we have is an Adaptec Snap Server. Besides being obsolete, or an EOL (end of life) product, it’s our server, so we need to keep it running. The problem is, it doesn’t want to cooperate. I can pretty much pinpoint the problem we are having with it, to the cooling fan. I have included some photos of the guts of this bad boy. As you might be able to see, the fan that is failing has already been replaced (see the electrical tape). I ordered a third replacement, but I am trying to figure out if there is a better solution or if this is my only option. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.
